The College Financial Aid application is a multi-stage process. It begins with us conducting a detailed interview of your situation to generate a family profile to fully understand your family makeup.  Each family situation tends to be a little different based on finances, assets, number of family members, student academics, and parent status.  From there, an Excelsis counselor selects the best approach, along with the proper forms to process and submit.  This review helps us, to maximize your eligible financial aid.  In general, financial aid comes in several forms; federal or private loans, grants, scholarships and work study.

 

For most students we find the process typically requires between three to eight forms and documents to be prepared and submitted.  After the entrance documents are complete, Excelsis also assists in helping you apply for and/or consolidate your student and parent plus loans during undergraduate and graduate years.​
